Peter has over 18 years experience in structured finance and investment banking. This includes 6 years with Investec Bank and 4 years with Cadiz FSG
Peter left Cadiz in 2003 to help establish BEE group Khumo Bathong Holdings (KBH). KBH successfully invested in the gold, platinum and industrial sectors partnering with established industry leaders. Peter structured and arranged Metropolitan's empowerment transaction with Kagiso in 2005 and through the relationship with Metropolitan established Metropolitan Capital in 2007 to pursue alternative investment's for the Metropolitan Group
Peter was instrumental in the founding and establishment of Afterguard in August 2007.

Nobby has over 22 years of commercial legal experience. He practised until 2007 as a corporate attorney in the field of mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance with the firm of Deneys Reitz (now part of Norton Rose, London).
Whilst in legal practice Nobby specialised in corporate law, tax, long-term insurance and international joint ventures, with particular focus on transactions in Africa.
Amongst many transactions, Nobby advised London-based Fujitsu Services Ltd in respect of the restructuring of their African subsidiaries in Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Botswana. He also advised Metropolitan International on the establishment of subsidiaries in Nigeria and Kenya as well as restructuring of operations in Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho.Nobby was involved in the establishing of Afterguard.

Mariska is the Office Administrator of Afterguard and has been with Afterguard since shortly after its inception in 2008.
